We evaluate all out-of-court and Chapter 11 alternatives for challenged companies.  We assess the impact on a company of a Chapter 11 filing along with its constituents and determine the likelihood of obtaining debtor-in-possession (“DIP”) financing and achieving a successful Chapter 11 reorganization. 

If an out-of-court restructuring is not feasible, we assist in the company’s pre-bankruptcy planning activities.  We assist in the development, negotiation, and approval of a Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement, including providing testimony required by the Bankruptcy Court for the emergence from bankruptcy.
