When there is inadequate capitalization and over-leverage, an inability to reach agreement on a restructuring plan with the company’s constituencies, and an inability to raise new capital, we conduct valuation analyses of the reorganized company under alternative scenarios.  We provide an objective perspective on the range of recoveries and facilitate negotiations among constituents.  We develop debt capacity under alternative scenarios and provide access to financing sources, aiding in the negotiation of terms.
